- Define what it means to create a strong organizational culture in EMS.
- Discuss the EMS supervisor’s role in shaping team attitudes, expectations, and morale.
- Give one real-world example of a culture you would want to create or improve.

- Explain how customer service extends beyond the patient to include families, communities, and internal team members.
